Does anyone know if there is such a thing as syn free gum? i have just stopped smoking and find the only thing that stops me eating my whole body weight in food is gum but i dont wanan put loads of weight on eating gum as i mite aswell go for the food lol.

hey all. does anyone know how many syn's are in special k cereal bars. i have just bought a box of the chocolate chip ones which are 90 calories. iv compared them to the hi-fi ones and they seem to have less of everything in them just would like to know the syn value before i eat any of them.
