    Why not pan fry lean mince, pour off the liquid, then add it too the dish. It's an extra pan, but what would the syn value be then?

    Sharwoods 2 Step Biryani (mint and coriander)

    Hi All, haven't spotted it elsewhere, does anyone know the syn values of a Sharwoods 2 step Biryani sauce? I've put it into the online calculator, and its come up with 3.5 syns per portion (144g) Surely this can't be right, anyone know the right answer? Thanks, Michael

    can someone work this out for me?

    No matter what plan your on, you can use the 5 laughing cows as your HEX and syn the 28g of cheese. 28g of red leicester - 5.5 on all plans (3.5 if using low fat version) Check your food op book, its all in there :)
