    Yes, ultraslim do bars to replace the shakes. They are lovely. I tend to steer clear of "labelled" snacks and try and go for fruit/yoghurt/ryvitas/iced gems xx

    Sports active is a faaaaar better workout than either of the wii fit games. here is so much on it and the complete workouts are excellent. I try to do a 40 min hard one when i go on - i can't remember who said it, but i agree with the squats being a killer!!!

    Exercise!

    I go to the gym twice a week which is about a 1 1/2 hours each time! I try and walk everywhere locally with my daughter and if we have the time we do a circuit near us which is 4.97 miles. I have wii fit and sports active but never seem to be motivated to do it when its warm outside!!
