    RC Cheese

    HI Has anyone tried her dvd 30 day shred? I just started it and it is a killer - I have upped my exercise dramaticlly since starting RC but still phew!! It makes you ache. Just wondering if anyone has used the dvd and had results?? :p

    Loose skin

    Sorry but I have to ask - is anyone else worried about this. Mine is a little looser than I would like it to be at the minute. I have addes extra strength training to my day to try and help. Does the RC cream work - or any other stuff for that matter - in firming it a bit?

    Thurs 17th B - Red pot Fruit n Fibre S - Apple L - Macaroni cheese 1 slice of toast S - Strawberries D - WW lasagne, carrots, brocolli, runner beans :)

    B - Green pot of Special K with milk from allowance. L - Ham, extra light dairylea and rocket sandwich, weight watchers yoghurt. D - Weight watchers chicken pizza, medium banana S- ww yog Three cups of tea, two glasses of low cal squash, large glass of water. Exercise - living room boogy...

    Hi, No I don't keep a diary - but from tomorrow I shall :) I do go to weekly classes but often have to miss them because my oh works odd shifts, which is a pain. I feel as of I have wasted a month of fat loss which is a bit of a bummer! :sigh:
