B - Green pot of Special K with milk from allowance.

L - Ham, extra light dairylea and rocket sandwich, weight watchers yoghurt.

D - Weight watchers chicken pizza, medium banana

S- ww yog

Three cups of tea, two glasses of low cal squash, large glass of water.

Exercise - living room boogy with my daughter :D

Thurs 17th

B - Red pot Fruit n Fibre

S - Apple

L - Macaroni cheese 1 slice of toast

S - Strawberries

D - WW lasagne, carrots, brocolli, runner beans
