    dont give up on it, have you posted your food diaries for people to see where you may have gone wrong, also couldnt help but notice your BMI says 21 ? if thats right then you have nothing to worry about and you dont need to loose anything :)

    Quorn Pieces...

    i dont really like them but iv bought some quorn chicken style pieces ( as they were on offer! ) make them in a stir fry and use lots of soy sauce so it soaks them up and gives them a bit of taste :) also you could make them in a curry so that would also give them quite a strong taste :) x

    hi, i do mostly green days so i dont know much about EE i couldnt understand how it worked but i know muller light fat free yoghurts are free and you can swop Red, Green or EE days depending how you feel that day.. hope that helps :)

    i find searching online for offers helps and buying in bulk or from the market but i definately agree health food is far more expensive than all the crappy ready meals and stuff!

    definatly go to the class. no-one should be negative about it and im sure there will be people who want to help and offer you tips. have you done a food diary this might help. If you have put on then this may give you the motivation to do the plan next week :) good luck

    yeh definately make sure you use them. i have roughly 10 a day but i dont always have them all and try to save my syns for the weekend. im sure iv been told its really bad not to have any syns at all in a day so make sure you have a few :)

    muller light yoghurts are brill as they are free but they can be expensive, i found they were on offer 4 for £2 at asda and i think 3 for a £1 in tesco but you might want to check the website :)

    Thankyou ! great thread i was worrying about the mugshots and have been counting them as syns. Iv found that mugshots by them selves arent really filling but on a green day making a tomato and herb mugshot and adding extra pasta or mushrooms, onions, peppers etc really helps! :)
