    3rd day on CS

    The weight loss for week 1 was 4.5lb. I think I would have lost more if I hadn't had that naughtiness on Friday so this week I'm going to be strict with myself. I'm going to make sure I have the 8 pints of water a day & also try to do some exercise. That is definately my downfall!!

    It's maximum 10g per 100g in 1 meal but I'm not sure how many is allowed per day :) :)

    I don't have the pharmacies, I can only order online & they don't have the single packets on there. If nobody can swap instore, I'm up for swapping as I don't like the Strawberry but I'll swap any flavours as I like all the others so am easy when swapping flavours.
