D: Tuna, bit of Mayo, lots of Salad
S: Muller Light Yoghurt

Water: 7 pints


Day 2

B: Banana Shake
S: Orange
L: Grilled Chicken, lots of Salad
S: Cheese cubes
D: Cafe Latte Shake
S: Muller Light Yoghurt

Water: 8 Pints


Day 3

B: Vanilla Shake
S: Ham & Cottage Cheese wrapped in Lettuce (Cottage Cheese tastes like feet, lol)
L: Grilled Salmon with Broccoli & Cauliflower
S: Half an Apple with some Yoghurt
D: Chocolate Shake
S: Muller Light Yoghurt

Water: 8 Pints

B: Caramel Shake

L: Egg Salad
S: A few small chunks of Cheese
D: Banana Shake
S: I didn't have one as I feel asleep early

Your diary looks well scrummy. Next week i'm gunna start mixing up the snacks as getting bored with Hommus lol. Thinking of having a shake at 11 and then a small tuna or cheese or egg salad at lunch 1.30. xx

I think I might take your idea of Hommus, I've never tasted it before which is unusual for me because I like my food.

I got to admit, every evening I find it hard because I'm no longer busy after the children have gone to sleep. It's the time of day when I used to snack on a few little things while watching the TV or on the laptop so I'm definately missing that.

yeah i wouldn't be able to not eat in the evening which is why i have a pretty big dinner - by fav allowable snacks is what i call my bar snacks plate:

about 10g chees cut into small nibble sized pieces
a small amount of raw nuts
some pickled ilverskin onions
olives

i usually have it with a tonic water, pretend there is gin in there and that I'm in a bar!!!

S: Half an Apple & Low Fat Yoghurt
D: I was naughty :|
S: A few Vodka's :|

Back on the diet today....

Day 6

S: Plum & tiny Satsuma
L: Chicken, Bacon tiny bit of Cheese with lots of Salad
S: Half a Yoghurt & 2 slices of Ham
D: Banana Shake
S: Half a Yoghurt

I felt disappointed with myself for having that naughty meal but I went straight back on it to give myself a good kick up the bum!! I won't make a habit of the naughtiness!!

Today I switched my meals around so I could enjoy a yummy breakfast!!


DAY 7

B: Bacon, Egg & Sausage
S: Plum & Satsuma
L: Chocolate Shake
S: Half an Apple
D: Strawberry Shake
S: Half a Yoghurt

Water: 8 Pints

The weight loss for week 1 was 4.5lb. I think I would have lost more if I hadn't had that naughtiness on Friday so this week I'm going to be strict with myself. I'm going to make sure I have the 8 pints of water a day & also try to do some exercise. That is definately my downfall!!

I'm cutting my shakes down to 1 day at the moment to experiment if I will still lose weight or not.

be careful drinking so much water it can effect weight loss if your go over the top
