really hungry, had my lunch and 2 pints of water since, a fairy cake ( i thought if i had summmat sweet it would kill the craving no luck) now i've had a handful of nuts and i wanna binge!!!!!
Fill yourself up on some water or eat a small piece of fruit. I had that wanting to binge feeling so bad last week & ended up being naughty on Friday. I think told myself I'm doing this diet for a reason. If I ever look at food that I really want, I just keep thinking how much I want to be thinner & it seems like mind over matter works.
