    BMI and Size

I was wondering what the connection is between BMI and clothing size? It would be really interesting to find out! If anybody would like to list their BMI and measurements, I'll crunch the numbers and maybe make a shiny chart! I know clothing sizes vary, so measurements (preferably in...

    Back to SS

Well done on your losses so far! No idea about ketosis, but regarding the other issue - I find that the drink mixes with sparkling water move things right along, no idea why! Happy SSing xx

    Green Coffee

Never even heard of it, but anything new to drink is always good! Does it taste 'green' like green tea does, or does it just have a weaker coffee flavour? xx

I've had weeks where I've lost half a pound AND had no change in my measurements - but usually there would be a big drop in both the following week, just grit your teeth and your body will catch up xx

    Emotional eating...

I've been on the Cambridge diet for 15 weeks now, and I have never cheated - until now! I found SS quite easy, as there were no decisions to make about food. I tried SS+ with a meal for a week and couldn't cope, so I switched to 4 packs a day. This week I've moved up to the 810 plan, and...

Calling all SS+ ers out there

I'd marinate chicken fillets in balsamic vinegar and bouillon powder, then roast at 160 degC for 40 mins - 1hr, depending on their size. Delicious! I'd also bake tofu in jerk seasoning - really yummy, it goes crispy on the outside - and have it with roasted cauliflower (with cumin seeds, a...

I also lost 1 pound in my third weigh-in, I was absolutely gutted! Especially as my measurements didn't change much - but the next week I lost nearly 6 pounds and the inches were falling off me! It's a horrible feeling - I felt like it wasn't worth continuing, but I kicked myself in the...
