Hi everyone, I'm on the Cambridge diet and started in February. So far I've lost 31 pounds, which I'm over the moon about! I've only just screwed up the courage to join MiniMins, although I've been lurking for a while. There are so many inspirational stories on here that have kept me going! Anytime I get the munchies, I have a look at the Before and After Photos, and my appetite miraculously disappears! Ok, maybe it doesn't disappear per se, but I get motivated to continue, which is magical enough for me!
