    LT for men?

    Myself and the OH do the diet together, it really help with the motivation and the cravings when you can both sit there having a shake talking about the hunger! If you're doing it I completely recommend you do it together!

    Lipotrim on an Plane ?

    I also had no problem with my shaker and shakes as hand luggage. I had a few of the flapjacks (I kinda liked them!) for the flight and during travel but had my shaker handy for the time I was over there. Plus peppermint tea is so popular now it's each to get anywhere! Newb

    My OH suffered from terrible heartburn on the shakes, he found it manageable sticking only to Vanilla and adding a bit of coffee to his to keep the caffeen withdrawls at bay! Our pharmist said it was common enough. Keep trying and see what works best for you!

    gag reflex :(

    I add a full cup of coffee to my vanilla shake and a cup of peppermint tea to my chocolate ones and this makes them warm. It almost completely fills my shaker but it's the only way I've been able to manage the shakes!
