    I use Jamie's books a lot, he does quite a lot of healthy stuff, like fish and veg in roasting dishes, if you want, just cut down the amount of olive oil he uses and you'll be fine

    ketostix are a complete waste in my mind. If you're sticking to it religiously, you will be in ketosis and you will lose weight..

    hi, i just used tetras for when I was at work, far more discreet and I just kept them in the fridge in a carrier bag. If i was working but not in the office, I would freeze it the night before and by the time lunchtime arrived, it would have defrosted and still be cold

    Question for those who maintain

    after I'd lost my weight on cambridge, I completely cut out refined sugar, so that;s anything with sugar in, and that has worked for me. I also avoid white bread, white rice and white pasta. I no longer seem to get cravings for them either

    Blown it today!

    if you have a blip, you just have to carry straight on, and not keep on eating and say "I'll start again on Monday". That's the thinking that made and kept me overweight! So just jump straight back onto SS!

    when I lost weight through Cambridge, my partner did it at the same time, but came off after a week. As he hated it so much, he actually brought me down with him, but I stuck it out. It's hard enough already without somebody doing a diet that perhaps, ultimately isn;t right for them

    Changed from Lipotrim to Cambridge!

    chicken soup is fine, mushroom is my personal favourite, only one I strongly don't recommend is the broccoli and cheese. Does anybody actually like that one???

    i know what you mean though. You keep reading that men lose more weight, you see some huge numbers and then get disappointed. However, it's the longer term picture, so yes,you have a good loss. Chris
