Veggie not losing any weight :o(

Hello everyone, I started online with SW on 16 January and so far I have only lost 3kgs. I am sticking to the plan but feel so disheartened by it all. I appreciate it can take time but I lost the first few weeks, then stayed the same, put on, lost a bit etc. I've read so many stories about how...

    Advice Needed!

Hello:) I was only constipated once and it was when I hadn't drunk enough water. Personally I drink at least 3 litres of water a day and have had no problems since. Maybe try up your water intake? I fill up 500ml bottles and find it much easier to drink more rather than using say, a 1 litre...

Veggie refeeding if you don't like Quorn or tofu???

I don't like Quorn or Tofu but like Soya they also give me a really bad stomach! I'm a sensitive soul! Eggs I don't generally eat on their own, I can manage omlette if I must! I'm ok with them 'in things'. I used to eat lots of veg & fruit, cheese, bit of rice & pasta, not a big bread eater...

    Leg Cramps Anyone?

I was the same in the early weeks, I think like it's been said already, water intake might be something to keep an eye on. I don't envy you, it was really uncomfortable!

Veggie refeeding if you don't like Quorn or tofu???

Hello :) I am a way off refeeding myself but have had a look at the recommended diet and as a veggie I am a bit worried! I see some days are high protein but I don't like or eat Quorn or Tofu, I can manage soya at a push but it gives me the runs! Any ideas from anyone who has already done this...

Hello! I'm new to this forum after reading for weeks!

Thanks for the encouragment ladies! Yes fainting was frightening but looking back I had just moved house and not had shakes on time, routine was all over the place etc. I live in Bulgaria on my own at the moment as my fiancee is working in Jordan so a lot to deal with on my own! Thankfully no...

    Day 3 and struggling

Me again! Forgot to say, I did the first 4 weeks without a hand blender and now I have one it makes the shakes go down a lot easier! No lumps and chuck in a few icecubes and it's a lot nicer. I've only got shakes so not sure what the soups are like. You are retraining yourself so it's not going...

    Day 3 and struggling

Hello! Don't give up! I would say the first week is the worst, day 3 especially so you are not alone on that! I am 5'2 and started off weighing 13 stone 4, 5 weeks later I am 2 stone lighter & feel so much better for it! You can do it, just try to take your mind off food if possible by...

Hello, My name is Helen & I am currently on week 5 of Lipotrim. I fainted last week and was out for 40 minutes, coming round due to my Shar Pei licking my face! I am thinking of changing her name to Lassie...! I decided to carry on, against everyone's advice & have been fine. I had just moved...
