    help...chinese t/away

    hi. on a EE day & have just had a chinese of beef in blackbean.....on weighing it it was 600gm so going to allow 10 syns for that. also had plain chow mein...have looked but can't find any syn value for that. anyone help out with that? thanks

    hi sarah-jayne egg fried rice. i cook the rice, rinse & leave to cool (better if you put in fridge overnight) i then spray my wok with frylite in add a couple of beaten eggs continuously stirring until scrambled effect. i then add my rice with anything else i chuck in like chopped mushrooms...

    i have bought aldi's frozen tropical fruit mix...syn calculator says 3.5 syns per 100gm also bought aldi's frozen raspberries....again syn calculator says 2 syns per 100gm. is this correct or am i using the calculator wrong as i thought fresh n frozen fruit was free? a bit confused on this one.
