I am astounded at the amount of weight I've lost this week! 123.5lbs!! That's like 6 pounds! This also means I am just back into the 'healthy weight' section on the BMI chart. Yay meeee! :):)

Yeah the same thing always happens to me when I've been eating super healthy and then eat something not so good, I feel groggy/tired/generally rubbish the next day. Goes to show how much healthy eating benefits I guess!

I'm a fan of Cliniques Supermoisture foundation, really good for dry skin. Moisturizes as well as offering much better coverage than a tinted moisturiser. Would defo recommend a trip to the Clinique counter I always find the staff super helpful. :)

I lost a lb this week! My first week on slimming world. Very pleased, I know it's not much but it feels like a big deal to me. My idea of dieting has always been very warped, so to be actually eating healthy and losing some weight feels really great! :D
