Pasta & Extra Light Laughing Cow Cheese with a bit of quarkiness added.

    I just ate this for my tea. It was FREAKING lovely. I used to always eat just pasta and Mayo or pasta and butter, but this is such a good alternative! I just made the pasta, stuck some Laughing Cow EL in there, added a tiny bit of quark with some garlic and pepper in, and bingo.

    So easy, so simple yet so beautiful

    I felt I just had to share.

    Let me know if anyone else tries it! I'd like to know if anyone likes it or if I just have strange tastebuds!

    You don't have strange tastebuds! I used a Laughing cow EL, quark and garlic mix last night stuffed into chicken breasts, yummy!

    I made pasta & laughing cow on hols as I'd no tinned toms but not thought to do it at home, will do now & this time add some seasoning & quark;)
