Hi been reading through this thread, - could not find a definitive answer (unless I missed it) are these syn free on EE? according to WW food Directory they are but it must be the low fat probiotic type ( I think!) Great taste too

Actually not as bad as I thought! - we used 1 sachet between 3 people so thats 1.5 syns approx. per person. would that be right? We used asda fresh noodles 410g (6 syns) = 2.5 syns per 100g appox. again between 3 people rest of stir fry free would mean my stir fry is only 4 syns per person!
