    Count me in, been good for first month, went to wedding sat and stupidly drank and ate to much, dreading my tue weigh in. So annoyed with myself am only 1lb off my 1st stone and prob put on. So a challenge is def what i need at moment.

    Firstly never say you are on a diet, you are making heathly food choices, the amount of food you can eat in no way feels like a diet. Please start a class it is very hard to succeed without it.     constantly Hungry?!

    i have days when i feel i can eat or day then days when not that hungry, i usually fill up on fruit, carrots with homemade hummous dip and yogurts.

    i don't have day off but if i am going out i will save my syns so i can enjoy meal and drink, i find doing it that way you still lose weight at your nt weigh in, if you try and be aware of everything you eat your be ok and make sensible food choices if eating out, eg don't have thick creamy...

    A salmon fillet, cous cous, pepper stuffed with (toms, ham, mushrooms and philli light cheese), a big salad with a dressing made with (yogurt, fresh corriander, lemon juice, sweetner and pinch chilli all blended together.) its lovely my fav dinner at moment.

    i follow EE plan but soup is a good speed weight loss food, i lost 7 lb in week by having loads soup throughout the day.

    I don't think so i walk my dogs over an hour everyday and speed walk and i'm still losing weight, you have to work out with heavy weights to gain muscle. Silly question you did use the same scales, as all scales will be different. Also can you rule out pregnancy. I would persist with it over...
