    Hey Emma, I started slimming world 2 weeks ago so I am a newbie just like you. Have you tried diet pepsi? I really don't like diet coke but do like diet pepsi. I find pepsi and coke far too sweet now as well...I think your taste buds will get used to it after a while xx

    Hey LaLax, good luck to you! If you're comfortable with WW i'd say stick to that and do as some of the other members said above and come on here for support =] I find that not going to the meetings makes me lose my motivation but everyone on this site are very supportive so stick at it =] x

    I've always been quite active but have upped it a little since going on a diet. I go to the gym three times a week and go swimming everyday.
