Does any body know what 2% fat yogurt is in syn values. I love the Tesco's or Sainsburys own brands as they are much cheaper than the actual fat free ones and they fill me up, i'be been classing it is half a syn per 100g (even tho fat free is free) so total 2.5 syns but need confirmation if...
