    How do you weigh out different portions

    Depending on what im having I either: Weigh the total before and work out the points and roughly estimate more many points they are. I will weigh it when it is cooked using my WW scales where I can weigh them once they're cooked =3

    Going back to class tomorrow!

    So I went back to class today...our normal leader is on holiday so we had a temp in. Well I last got weighed on 4th Dec 2010 and since then I lost.... 8 and a half pounds!! Im so chuffed and my total weight loss so far is 25 and a half!!

    How do you feel

    Hey! When I first tried the Pro Points, I put on! I have now tried it again and I didnt eat my weekly points and lost 5lbs. I am loving it now, though I do think it isnt easy to do the system unless you have the calculator. That wheel thing makes is a task to find points.

    Lost Track For A While!!

    So about two week ago I cancelled my monthly pass and thought I had put on loads! =( I weighed myself and I have lost 1lb! Lucky me xD I am re-joining WW after christmas but I am going to be as good as possible until then! How is everyone dealing with the plan this christmas? Much Love Ind.
