    Hiya You will be fine with the pepper. i have added pepper, curry powder, chilli and anyone i cant quite remember the name and it hasnt done me any harm I have still lost weight.

    Week 11 weigh in

    I have been really struggling since Xmas but still going. Couldn't get to the pharmacy did really late on this week so really into week 12. Only lost 2 lbs :(. But I guess its a loss not a gain. So gonna pull myself together and get back on track, and get rid of the last 2 stone I need to lose.

    Lipotrim side symptoms

    I have only had one bad dream really the other week, where I was talking to someone at work and then I looked down at my desk and I had only gone and eaten a whole plate of potatoe ash while I was talking to then, I even woke my hubby up to tell him. It was bloody lovely as well.

    Well was really surprised this week I fell off the wagon a bit on New Years Eve and I have managed to lose 2lbs. Though I have been swimming and to the gym, so that will have helped. Need to really focus on being a 100% again. So glad xmas and new year are over with all the nice tempations...

    Good Luck, once you get over the first couple of days, it gets easier. You are brave starting this so close to Xmas, I will be in the same boat I intend to carry on only having one meal for xmas day.

    Mmmmmm now theres a thought, I may try the poppadom. I like (well like maybe a little strong) but its okay with pepper, curry powder, chilli, paprika and tumeric, but is such much need of something different.
