    Anyone else switched from sw to ww?

    I lost 2 stone on SW and since January I havent stuck to it and cant bring myself to get on those scales. I feel like I need a change so will be joining WW to try and give myself a boost. I just hope its not as difficult as I think it will be.

    1 meringue nest with a weight watchers yogurt over the top and frozen mixed berries :)

    Whats for tea tonight?

    Haddock, SW chips and a large salad....washed down with a big glass of water.

    peppermint tea

    Iv gone onto drinking a lot of green tea but I dont think any tea helps with weight loss, maybe try drinking lots and lots of water, that may have a big affect.

    Drinking Water?

    I have heard a number of people saying if you swap your coffee/tea for water your weight loss is always higher. Has anyone given this a go? I always thought drinking lots of water would make you weigh heavier (I know its healthy but our bodies store water?) :confused:
