Hi

I was following SW for a year and lost 2 stone. Since January I have not had the time to go due to being a full time student in my final year. Iv gained a lot of weight and want to start weight watchers. Problem is I cant find the answer to my questions so Im hoping you can help :)

What sort of foods can I eat without counting the points? Will I recieve a book with all the points in at my first meeting? How many points is pasta/rice as these are my favourite foods.

The only foods you can eat that are 0 pp are some fruit and veg, if you want the points already on the packaging try the ww ready meals, tesco lighter choice range has them on the back so does morrisons eat smart range, and m&s count on us range .... There may be more but I can't think of them ATM ...

Pasta/rice uncooked is 1pp for 10g ...

And when you join a meeting they will give you a starter pack .... And it will have lists of foods and there points in
I do recommend buying a pto point calculator so u can work out the points in anything!
