I was following SW for a year and lost 2 stone. Since January I have not had the time to go due to being a full time student in my final year. Iv gained a lot of weight and want to start weight watchers. Problem is I cant find the answer to my questions so Im hoping you can help
What sort of foods can I eat without counting the points? Will I recieve a book with all the points in at my first meeting? How many points is pasta/rice as these are my favourite foods.
