    Healthy Nutritional Snacks???

    I've just discovered Nakd wildly different orange infused raisins! They are scrummy. 75kcal per pack and they count as one of your 5 a day. I've only seen them in Asda so far. They also do pinapple, cherry and lemon ones but the orange ones are by far the best in my opinion.

    Wii active is more about toning. The squats really do hurt and you know you have done it the day after, but i am enjoying it. Really like the online function with it to where you can workout in a cloass with people all over the world.

    low fat marg/spread

    I use flora lighter than light marg. Really like the taste and 10g is only 19 kcal (well according to the lid lol). This way i dont have to worry about putting it on my sandwiches ect.

    Disappointing Loss :(

    I usually find i plateau very early on which usualy knock me right off my diet (not this time round though). Your body will kick back into gear soon. And on the plus side, even a small loss is still a loss :). I would be extatic to manage 3lb per week over 4 months, grats on that achievment
