I don't know, i can't find syn's for white bread anywhere, i have Robert's Bakery medium white in and i haven't used HEXA yet, don't want to risk it! Any idea how many syns for 2 slices of medium white?

In my first week i lost 6 pounds (delighted) but i've now got a problem, i could KILL for a cheese sandwich on white bread. I can't stop thinking about them, i think i need rehab.
