    Hi, Sorry I didn't reply sooner, That's a fab loss, well done!! U should make target no prob then, I've lost half a stone so far, just aiming for half a st at a time at the min as I'm a long way off my target, good luck x

    Starting Jan 2011

    Hi everyone! Well done on all the fab weight losses, I had my first weigh in tonight and I've lost 4 1/2lb so I'm really happy! Hope I'll have more like that one :)

    Well done!!! I lost 4 1/2lb so really happy too, also a little surprised if I'm honest, didn't think I'd lose that. Giving it 100% this week Fingers crossed for another good loss :) x

I joined on tues & weighed in at 14st 3lb so want to lose around 4 stone, setting mini targets to keep myself going 1st at a time, following extra easy at the min and finding it ok but can't understand how I'll lose with all the pasta and potato I'm allowed tho...
