    I weigh myself every morning and find it a motivational thing, if I've list I feel good about myself and if I've put on I feel in control that I know about it straight away and need to be extra good that day!

    Sounds like a realistic plan to me Liza which is what it's all about! I went to our caravan in Wales at the weekend and went a little off plan BUT I def made better choices than I would do normally so for me I'm happy that I'm making progress (even if it shows as a sts or a gain on Thursday) x

    The lasagne sheet Doritos are fab I made some the other night to go with my leftover chilli (I was going to turn it into a lasagne but decided to have it this way instead), I also made a garlic dip to go with them from quark and garlic granules, I felt very naughty!

    quick query

    I point my breakfast milk but don't bother if I have a couple of cups of tea in the day, I use skimmed milk though and do like it strong so only literally have a splash of milk!

    I've also made this mistake once or twice the main one being fishfingers which I was convinced were 1 pp each when actually they're 2 pp each or 3 for 5pp oh dear! Well get the hang of it 'in' the end! X

    I have good days where I find myself having to use points up at the end of the day and then there are days where I just want to eat everything in sight but on those days I just remind myself that that's how I got this big 'in' the first place!! Your body will adjust to the new amount of food...

    Had a really good week, then my mum announces were having a family get together at the pub! Managed to limit the damage by sticking to diet drinks (would normally be wine) and just having my treat of breaded mushrooms for starter and a jacket potato for my main so hoping it won't impact too much...

    Well h2o will be your water percentage that's about all I know! Lol not much help. Your bmi won't get as low as 7.5 though I think it somewhere 'in' the low 20s that's healthy although don't quote me on that! Sorry not to be much help hope you figure it out!
