    Take away friday! HELP

    Chow main for me from the Chinese as its noodles prawns and lots of veg. If I remember correctly it is about 12 points for a small portion on the old discover WW plan. Sorry can't help with the calories.

    Talking from 2nd hand experience I have three friends who use/used the 'Slimming Pill' you mentioned all they achieved was terrible head aches, mood swings, not been able to sleep, been sick every time they ate, very bad tempers, and one ended up in hospital, things could have ended a lot worse...

    semi skimmed milk

    Iv taken yummymummy advice and put 200ml of semi skimmed milk (2pts) into a jug as i can drink up to 10 cups of tea a day. Trying to cut down and drink more water :)

    Just starting WW at home

    HI Sunshine Nice to see someone in the same boat as me! This is the only site i have found that still using the old POINTS system, it worked for me 5 year ago then i had my son and dieting went out the window. Good luck with your weight loss journy! Thanks 86alpzzyj for the link :)
