Hello all

My first day on WW following old Points plan. Have worked out from my book I am allowed 16points a day.

Breakfast

Cup of Tea (not so good) need to get in the routine of eating breakfast


Lunch
My intended breakfast Porridge(2pts) 200ml semi skimmed milk (2pts) Used it in porridge and in my cups of tea actually enjoyed the porridge and it did fill me.
Dinner
Pasta bake
Pasta (5pts) in a creamy ham and cheese sauce (3pts) mushrooms (0) Onions (0) slice of whole meal bread (1.5) had bread instead of Garlic Bread.
I enjoyed dinner OH and LO didn’t like it so much they had Ice cream for dessert! How mean haha

Think I will eat them before bed this is the time I get peckish going to have a cup of tea and see if that stops me picking.
