Hi all! I find that when I get very stressed I turn to food! Sometimes I will have a huge slimming world lasagne with a slice of galric bread, sometime a big plate of SW chips with steak........Whats the slimming world food/meals that you turn to when you feel stressed?!:eek: x

i have mine at about 6ish because i eat A LOT and so i dont want to go to sleep on a really full stomach! sometime if i get hungry i will have some fruit or on a friday and saturday nights (in the winter) i love to have chocolate weetabix with hot milk :) yum yum x

urm, i would pop to the shop and get some fat free fromage frais and make syn free lasagne with salad and coleslaw :) yum yum x

oh! can i ask you all what you do for a living? just wondering if my desk job is too seditary and if i should be exercising! x

hey charlie 178 :) well done you! yeh i am not sure about whether to go back to slimming world or not. I feel really embarrased because i have signed up about 3 times this year then stopped going! may think about joining a different group perhaps x
