    I do have huge portions of food. I think what I eat at one meal could probably feed two people sometimes. :P I should really cut down on my portion sizes really.     Thank you for offering to have a look in the food directory. The brand name on the can is Mahala, they do the Saag Aloo and also another one but I can't remember what now. :) On the back of the tin it seems to be made by Simpsons ready foods.

    I shake some curry powder over my cous cous before adding the water so that it dissolves as the cous cous cooks and then stir in half a tin of Mixed bean salad from sainsburys. Takes practically no time and I think it's yummy. :)
