    I made us pizza topped chicken (toms, mushrooms onion's and peppers) with home made potato rosti's which also had onion in! for pudding is pineapple and apple with a muller light over the top and an alpen light crumbled over the top! can really call this a diet can you! :p

    tonight is cod (not sure how i'm going to cook it yet!) with crushed potatoes, baby corn, broccoli and sugar snap peas. Also put a muller light in the freezer for pudding which I think I will have with a banana- and in my head think it's a banana split! :p

    Hi all, new here! I joined my local slimming world group on 26th Jan, and had two weight in's so far losing a total of 8.5lbs so far (which I am really happy about!) :D Want to lose a total of around 3 stones 7 lbs, which will put we down at around 10 and half stone. Not really doing it...
