I can't use my gym at the mo due to an injury but I can walk so I will:)

I haven't done the diet but the juices are delicious. I sometimes like to have one in the morning

I usually start with a banana with oats for breakfast
Some fruit of veg for lunch
A ready meal from the Simply Kids range at M & S
Snacks are Weight watchers cookies or cereal bar
I try to keep my calories around 600
I like fizzy water, that always goes down easy but plain still water is no fun to drink.
If I have to plain water then I will add tiny bit of Ribeana light or fresh lemon juice.
