    1st week

    I needed a kick start as my weight loss had stopped and I was slipping into bad habits again! Tried slim fast for a week and lost 7lb I'm astonished and thrilled! Going to stick to it as long as I can avd see how I get in!! Have a good weekend x x

    I've been doing calorie counting but weight not coming off any more a d feel consumed with calorie info every time I eat! I have a family wedding in July and really wanted to be 11 stone ish (12 stone just now) I don't expect to loose a stone in 2 weeks but need a shove in the right direction...

    I'm trying to work out how many calories I should be eating a day! Lots of different sites say different things mainly regarding exercise calories! I normally exercise about 5 times a week burning between 500-700 calories depending what i do!! But I was reading I shouldn't go less than 1200...
