I'm trying to work out how many calories I should be eating a day! Lots of different sites say different things mainly regarding exercise calories! I normally exercise about 5 times a week burning between 500-700 calories depending what i do!! But I was reading I shouldn't go less than 1200 calories! I've been eating 1400-1600 but less my exercise is taking me below this! Can anyone help I'm a tad confused! Many thanks!
