    this is me at my biggest and me in the same suit after I had lost 6 stone. Still got another 7-9 stone to go can't wait to see what the suit will look on me when I reach target.

    Late Night Cravings :-(

    Im the same and no matter how much fruit i shove in I dont feel full. Sometimes what I do is when I make a free meal such as pasta bog or chilli I put it in containers and then have another meal at night and that sometimes helps. your not on your own I think we are all the same, hope this helpls xx

    I started with SW and in 3 weeks I have lost 13.5lbs which I'm made up with, started on 27st 7.5lbs and I want to get down to 12st 7lbs. So far I feel confident but it's a long way to go.
