butternut squash frontier Phil

Hi ya all, has anyone got the recipe for the butternut squash curry and the rice dish that went with it in the SW mag a couple of months ago, I know Phil cooked it and said how gorgeous it was, and it was cos I cooked it not long after but I've lost the recipe for it and want to cook it tonight so if anyone can help I'd be grateful, I have looked in the recipe section and can't find it. Ta eva so. xxxx

A bit late I know, but was this the one you were after?

I normally alter it slightly myself and use more lentils, more chopped tomatoes, more curry paste, but don't use the Spinach.

I don't have the one for the rice though I'm afraid.

If this isn't the one, then I would be interested in an alternative recipe to try as well.

No I don't think this is it, I don't remember there being lentils or spinach in it. I do know that the two meals were together in the magazine on the same page. The rice had loads of stuff in it too.
