    Half a packet Pasta n Sauce tomatoe and herb (221cal) with a load of veg. Hoping I'll be stuffed as I've not had much pasta in the last few weeks and it'll be a shock!! Working 5-11 tonight so got to try and avoid the biscuit temptations!! Eeeeekkkk!

    I had Quorn tikka masala and rice (260cal) with added green pepper & mushrooms (60cal) with 2 poppadums (37cal each)....was DELICIOUS!!

    I can't stop eating

    Decided a date to start and what diet you will do and stick to it! Exercise and willpower does wonders! I'm calorie counting and only want to loose a stone and have dropped 4 lbs in my first week!! This site is great for tips and recipe ideas for whichever diet you choose! Good Luck xx

    My saviour are Skips! Under 100 cal a bag and helps my crisp addiction!! I think French Fries/Disco etc are all under 100! Woohooo!!! ? makes me feel like it's not all fruit &veg everyday!

    Blue Riband / Small Milky Way bars are both under 100 .... I bulk buy and have one a day - makes me feel like I'm being naughty and get a choccie fix each!! I also buy Skips - I REALLY miss crisps and these are only 82 cal a bag so brilliant for crisp lovers like me!!! :)
