    Thanks guys. Im getting weighed tomorrow evening so will chat to her then about not having so many of them next week. I had the cranberry bar for breakfast this morning at 7am. Filled me up so much, that i didnt want the second meal until after 2 haha!

    Hi All, im only on day five.... My counsellor told me that I have to have a bar a day from day four. i liked the cranberry bar yesterday but felt really bloated after it. I was the same today after the nut fudge bar:( I felt like I'd eaten a full Christmas dinner!! Lol! I really couldn't move...

    Thanks for those. I have put the weighing scale in the boot of my car as I was hopping up and down on it! I have told very few people that I'm on the diet as I don't want to defend my decision yet and also don't want people waiting for me to fail..... I'll keep you posted! Siobhan

    3days in and i feel like im going mad
