    Anyone noticed any different weight losses while it's TOTM?

    I didn't lose any when it was my t.o.t.m but the following week I lost 6lbs. You would have lost weight, it just all depends how much water you retain.

    Struggling - Day 14

    You don't have to just stick to the shakes. When I was first on lipotrim I had the flapjack for breakfast, a cereal bar for lunch and chicken soup for dinner. You're still on TFR. I absolutely love the shakes and I think that's what works for me, but ask your pharmacist about the flapjacks...

    Hi, please don't beat yourself up about this. It was only day three and you probably weren't in ketosis yet so you wouldn't have done any harm :) I promise you that it does get easier especially after your weigh-ins when you're told how much weight you've lost. Be strong and good luck xx
