    Thanks hun. I cant stick to up and down days....end up having too many up days! Lol. The loss has definitely motivated me to keep it up though so the weekend should be easy! Had a splurge yesterday...1700 kcals thanks to a popcorn filled cinema trip. But it was yummy! Have a great time tonight x

    Wondering if my target weight is too low- thinking what size would I be

    I'm the same height and have the same goal. I have about a stone to go now. At 146lbs I'm a 12 bottom ( although 11 would be better) and an 8-10 on the top I don't think the goal is too small at all x

    I cant really pull off a playsuit yet..hence it being about 5 weeks in. I am the same as you....my top half doesnt match the bottom! I've lost about 3.5 stone over 3 years and just got the last stone to go. It's definitely much harder so shift these measly 14lbs than the 50 odd I've lost already!

    Oooh those snacks do add up! I had a very good day yesterday. I have come up with 9 things I need for my holiday in 9 weeks and for each week I stick to it 100% I will buy myself something on the list! Hopefully that will motivate me enough! How has your day been?

    well my day was very naughty today...skinny latte, pain au chocolat then Prezzo for dinner...bread board and pasta to celebrate my best friend about to become a mummy! Think I'll really start on Monday. I'll be using you for motivation x

    Even with the naughty dinner, the end count is still great. I try to stick to between 1200 and 1500 kcals a day and I'm the same height as you so good going!

    Yep. Banned in Europe. I'm gutted as this really helped me curb my appetite and retrain my brain. I lost about a stone after no loss through diet and exercise

    Hi I've only tried claires but that is really good if you are new to working out. Other good ones are from Jillian Michaels - 30 day shred and banish fat, boost metabolism. Always gets my HR up Good luck!
