    We are NOT allowed to say the "only" word at my meetings with regards to weightloss - any loss is a triumph, so be pleased!!     Well I haven't been about for a bit...I was away at the start of July for a course, then it was my birthday and then I was up in Aberdeen visiting family...so at weigh in last week I put on 4lb - oooooops!! Made up for it this week though, lost 5 1/2 so really pleased :) Good luck everyone ;)

    I've just tried on my work trousers (a size 20, the only size 20 clothes i relented to buy!!) which I haven't worn since Wed, and they're big! So big in fat that I can pull them down without unbuttoning them, and without too much effort! YIPPEEEEE!!

    Thanks Carly, I track all my stuff online so i just put in 20 mins intense exercise (which it really was!!) and it says 5 points. Hope that'll help with the wine I'm going to be drinking tonight...:eek:

    oh, how do I activiry point it? I couldn't do everything 100% because I have a very grumpy and complaining downstairs neighbour, so I couldn't actually jump for the jumping jacks and butt kicks, but did what I could anyway and kept moving the whole time!!

    Asda crispbreads are 2 for 1pp, so I usually have 2 with 2 laughing cow light trangles for 1pp, so a good snack for 4pp in total!
