Exante did assure me in the reply to my email ref the vanilla shakes, that they are fine to use and will have no.adverse effect on the diet. Though I suppose that could just be a company line.

Does the taste have a negative effect? or is it just that they taste funny. My vanilla are the same, very sweet but I just fill them with coffee. Don't really want to send them back.

I buy the Vegan organic marigold. Cal. 10 Protein. 0.9 Carb. 0.9 Of which sugar. 0.3 Fat. 0.3 Of which saturates. 0.2 Dietry fibre. 0.04 Sodium. 1.0
