    Hi All,

Ive just had a brace fitted, and am having to blend my Bars because i just cant eat them otherwise.

I am currently microwaving them for 30 seconds so they are very soft and then blending them with almost boiling water until they are like a thick drink.

Am i ruining them? am i killing all the vits and mins etc?

I dont want to set myself back, but i also dont want to waste them.

    Thanks

Youre not meant to as it can harm the nutrients

Unofficial guidelines say not to microwave more than one pack a day, so I guess that would apply to bars

Perhaps once you are used to your braces you can eat them a bit easier or are seeds and bits a definate no no?

You don't have to have any bars? You could just stick with the shakes, and save the bars for a bit further down the line.
