Is now the time for me to stop...

So, been TS for the past 9 weeks and lost almost 40lbs.
Currently at 12st 10lbs and I'd like to start hitting the gym hard and doing P90X on a nightly basis so burning 500 - 600 calories a day so I feel like I need to be eating again to enable me to do this safely.

I still have 70 shakes so am thinking of including then in my new diet 50/30/20 being the percent of my calories from protien/carbs/fat.

Ill be lookinng at taking in 1900 calories a day for the first 60 days.

Does anyone have any experience of making this kind of transistion, or any advice?

I'd really like to start toning and working of the remaining fatty deposits on my stomach.

Make sure that you ease into re-feeding and up the calories gradually so your metabolism has a chance to adjust. Otherwise you might end up putting on some fat at first. Congratulations on your weight loss :)
