Anyone know if there is one in Ireland? We have ready made meals and sun free sausages that a SW member and her husband created. But I always think how great it would be to have a SW cafe or restaurant. So if any Irish in here let me know if you have came across any? I'm in Dublin:) x

Just made one today.......heaven! I used a tortilla wrap(7syns) my cheese was my health extra and I topped it with lots of veg and ham. I mixed tinned tomatoes with 2tbsp tomato purée(1syn) and garlic and warmed it up in a pan, then put it on the wrap with the cheese and toppings and put it in...

The inspired by range of mullerlights are 2syns each, aswell as the chocolate sprinkles they are all 2 syns also, this is what my consultant told me last week..

I have noticed a lot of great low SYN tips and spent ages jotting them all down, to later see that there all syns for green and original.....grrrr. Is anyone here on extra easy with some low syn tips for me? I'll jot down whatever ones I have found along the way:) thank you x

Extra easy syns I have been sitting here the last 15 Mins taking down all these wonderful low SYN treats and than just relised that most are original and green are there any for extra easy!!ncoukd you add that in too please?
