    Well done for your 2lb lost. I weighed in today and i only had a 1lb weight lose. Not bad considering I ate so much rubbish Thursday. I might make sat my weighing days even though I am a serial weigher and I tend to weigh myself ever morning.

    New to Dukan

    I've just started the dukan diet, i have a stone and a hlaf to lose. I am hoping with the support of minimins this will be the last diet i wil go on. I think I will keep a daily diary which i will post on this site, this might give me inspiration to continue when I'm struggling.
